- I’m starting to feel some soreness in my left thigh (IT band problem perhaps?), and what feels like anterior shin splints. I need to increase my stretching routine, and maybe get new shoes. Was at Luke’s Locker last night, and consulted with one of the Coaches about my shoes/leg pain and it may be time to switch out for a new pair of running shoes.
