		<description>heya -- a question for the running expert.  when i hamster on the treadmill, i set it on ~ 5.5 mph.  now being a non-outdoor running type, if i actually wanted to feel as if i was running a 10 min mile do i really set it on 6 mph or is the treadmill actually a different reality, i.e. is how accurate a relfection of mph is the treadmill?  if this question makes no sense, it's because i've had 3 glasses of wine followed by a 3 inches of johnny walker black on the rocks.</description>
