of random thoughts and pickled cabbage
for stupid, idiotic drivers.
Just over a month ago, this incredibly idiotic driver crashed into my car after she decided to turn left when she wasn’t supposed to.
Well, tonight, another incredibly idiotic driver crashed into my car after he decided to go straight, when he wasn’t supposed to.
What could be worse than getting hit by two idiots within 41 days??
Well, tonight’s Incredibly Idiotic Driver did not have a driver’s license, insurance or proof of registration. Great. So what does this mean? According to the cop, it means my insurance company will attempt to collect payment from this idiotic driver and failing to do so, they will raise my insurance rate. Double great.
JPP, former lawyer, mentioned something about a Texas uninsured motorist pool that I could possibly dip into to cover expenses, but I’ve been searching the Texas Department of Public Safety website with no success.
So, tomorrow morning will be filled with phone calls to Allstate, locating a rental car and convincing myself that unlike the 2005 hurricane season, disasters don’t always happen in threes. I hope.

Sorry to hear about your car, again. Hopefully you are not hurt physically. After all, the Marathon is only two and half month away. Good luck with Allstate.
That sucks! I’m sorry you have to go through this…again. I wonder if it’s our yakudoshi?
Well, I am about to turn 33….isn’t that one of the yakudoshi years for women?
On the other hand, maybe it’s a sign that I’m very lucky….lucky to have had two consecutive accidents without any major injury. heh.
Sorry for the bad um advice - i was thinking of the high risk pool.
What would you think of making some minimal IQ an element of the drivers exam? Elitist, okay, or maybe worse, but think of the potential postive difference on the roads?
